When will I get my order?

We will do our best to get your order to you the quickest. Delivery time is based on several things such as the manufacturer of the product, whether a proof is required or requested and where the order ships from. Please call us if you have questions or concerns regarding the turnaround time. Please keep in mind, your turnaround time will increase slightly during the holiday season starting mid to late October and running through the end of December. If you are concerned about getting your order in time, please call before ordering and we can let you know how much time your order should take.

Am I able to return my invitations if my event is cancelled?

Since all items are personalized, we unfortunately are unable to accept any returns.

Privacy Policy

Brooklyn's Bag takes your privacy extremely serious. We will never give or sell your information to anyone. The information you provide to us is only used for the purpose of purchasing items through Brooklyn's Bag.

Personalization?

All of our invitations and stationery can be personalized. This is included in the cost of the product. We do offer proofs for a small price. If you do decide to receive a proof, your order will be on hold until you approve everything. Please let us know if you need assistance with the personalization of your product, we will be more than happy to help!

Photo Submission?

Please e-mail all photos to photos@brooklynsbag.com. Your photo may be cropped to fit the card or to have the best appearance. If your photo is in color and you would like it in black and white or sepia please specify that in the special instructions box.
